Took a while, sorry, please see the PR for the manual app. Would be nice if the Form control could be released first, then I can quickly finalize the example app - mainly making sure it works without any of my cross-repo pdm duct tape. |

Here's the Form control together with high-level tests.
This is functional on the level demonstrated by the "manual", but there are a lot of things I would like to address next, e.g.:
